Just arrived today. I use the second edition every day in practice and I expect this will replace it. One thing I am really liking so far: It is a new edition not a new volume. I won't need to keep the previous edition on my desk.

Very extensive book, too much information for a quit consult at your clinic, the good thing about this book is the access to the e-version of the book, pretty cool, but guess what it doesn't grant you access, it did one time but the next time that I went to use it, it didn't work, so I called ELSEVIER customer service and technical support and after a long talking they said that they didn't have any book code in record that matched with my book code, or any of my log in information or my email, nothing in record, unbelievable, and instructed me to call amazon for an answer, so don't get too exciting with the e-version of the book because this might happen to you too. I don't recommend this book for a daily consult at your clinic unless the e-version works.
